Start your ultimate keyboard project with the Ducky ProjectD Tinker65 Barebone keyboard. This mechanical barebone keyboard allows you to customise your own keyboard from scratch. Since neither keycaps nor switches are included, you have the freedom to choose the keycaps and switches that suit your preferences for building your dream keyboard.
High-Quality Construction
For robust construction, the Ducky ProjectD Tinker65 gaming keyboard is made from high-quality materials. Each layer has been carefully selected to provide a better typing experience and offer numerous customization options.
The case is made of durable ABS plastic, forming a solid frame for your gaming keyboard. The baseplate is made of FR-4, a high-quality glass epoxy composite. FR-4 is a versatile thermoset plastic with a high stiffness-to-weight ratio, used, among other things, in the construction of aircraft. A layer of Poron foam is used to dampen the switches while typing, providing a pleasant sound and a gentle typing feel.
Easily Swap Switches with Hot-Swap Technology
The gasket-mount design gives you incredible variability in selecting your switches. With the 5-pin hot-swappable PCB, you can quickly change your switches to create a finely-tuned typing feel according to your needs. Additionally, screw-in PCB stabilizers are included to absorb even the smallest vibrations.
For a colorful touch, downward-facing RGB LEDs are installed, illuminating your keys in a vibrant manner. The RGB lighting can be customized using key combinations. You can adjust brightness, speed, and color of your lighting or switch between presets as desired.
SF Form Factor for More Space on Your Gaming Desk
The Ducky ProjectD Tinker65 presents itself in a 65% form factor. This means it omits both the number pad and the dedicated function key row to save valuable space on your desk. Please note that when planning your keyboard and purchasing keycaps, this keyboard has an ANSI layout.
The Ducky ProjectD Tinker65 comes with a black upper frame and a white lower frame, creating a beautiful contrast for your mechanical keyboard and giving you various options to customize the appearance of your keyboard.
N-Key Rollover and High Polling Rate for Precise Gaming
For gamers, the Tinker65 offers numerous features that make it a true gaming keyboard. The N-Key Rollover ensures that all your inputs are accurately captured, and the high 1,000 Hz polling rate ensures a delay-free and lossless signal transmission.
You connect the keyboard to your PC using a detachable USB-C cable. Three-stage adjustable feet provide you with the additional option to ergonomically adjust your keyboard to your needs.
