To fill this gap, Fortinet offers security leaders the ability to better prepare, rapidly respond, and take the most effective actions at every step, with FortiGuard Incident Readiness Subscription Service.
How to Consume With FortiGuard Security Advisory and Incident Response Services organizations can opt to engage via the FortiGuard Incident Readiness Subscription Service or via a standalone Statement of Work (SOW).
How the Subscription Service Works Through interviews with key stakeholders and document review FortiGuard experts will first focus on assessing the organization’s overall ability to respond efficiently and effectively to an unexpected cyber incident and provide a prioritized set of recommendations for further improvement. From there, security leaders have the flexibility to choose proactive services to implement and test their incident response playbooks and reactive services to help respond quickly to a security incident. The FortiGuard Incident Readiness Subscription Service includes the following: - Initial service points: 25 service points (100 hours) for the Standard version or 10 service points (40 hours) for the Lite version, which can be used for a range of offerings (See Current Offerings below) - A service level objective of one hour for the Standard version and 24 hours for the Lite version - A one-year subscription - Option to add additional service hours as needed
